The room was big and really clean, it had a small kitchen...

The room was big and really clean, it had a small kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy bed, and a nice bathroom. And we had a nice view from the 27th floor.

It was very clean, everything good!

It was very clean, everything good! Nothing else you can ask! It’s the perfect place to stay! The person in charge of the place was there to solve any problem, like using the TV remote control!

Nothing everything was perfect ! By the way this is the first time I have one apartment in perfect condition! Very very good!

What was the highlight of Twin Oaks Place

Great place!

Loved every bit! Kuya Ryan was very patient and welcoming. I had a delay in my flight so I arrived 2 or 3 hours later than my intended arrival but he patiently waited on me. The soda crackers available and bottled water saved me from dying after a tiring 18-hour travel. Netflix was available and wifi was great! Totally recommend this place.

It was clean comfortable and value for money.

It was clean comfortable and value for money. Close to shangrila plaza Sm mall etc , approx 5-15 mits walking . The host Rhyn was amazing person help me out in whatever I needed . I’ll return and would recommend this place.

Washing machine was broken. I didn’t have much laundry though

Great for much-needed break!

-good location! -nice pool, and view -room was clean, and had a mini kitchen

-the entrance to the condotel was confusing. Coming frm the parking area, you have to go 'outside' to reach the entrance -although he apologized, the 'caretaker' for the unit was late from our agreed meeting time. Had to call him several times and found out he had to meet another guest -security was a bit lax

Hideous Place to stay avoid it

The room smelt like a sewage. I had to go and spend money on lots of drainage cleaner it was discusting smell and the air con was not working so repair me turned up at 9am on Saturday morning

Very good location - very near to Shaw Boulevard MRT station.

Very good location - very near to Shaw Boulevard MRT station. Also near to Shangri-La mall, Star mall, and Mega mall. Excellent facilities. Very good gym inside the building, with free water. Good (and cheap) laundry service. Good swimming pool (romantic in the evenings). Small restaurant although I didn't eat there. The elevators are super fast. The room was modern and clean. Good view from 27th floor.

Somebody (either Booking.com or the host) should've told me that it doesn't operate in the same way as a hotel. You have to meet the host, read and sign a contract, and then you get a key. In addition the host left loads of her stuff lying around which looked untidy and made me think she was planning to stay in the studio with me! Also she would only accept a cash payment. As I didn't have enough in my wallet to cover the 4 nights, she turned up again 2 days later, but she turned up earlier than the time I had agreed with her. So I hadn't yet gone to an ATM. So she had to come back a third time to collect the rest of the cash. Then she turned up on the last day to collect the key, and for some reason tried to force her way into the room (no explanation given). She also lost her own keys and her medicine. Clearly she was very unorganised. Overall I had to meet her 4 times in 4 days - not good when you're trying to relax on holiday.

Excellent Stay

This condo is ideally located for shoppers with Mega Mall and Shangri la Mall within walkind distance. Facilities are all there with fully equiped gym and great pool.Both owner and staff are very accommodating with great communication. Will stay again on my next trip to Manila
