Very good location - very near to Shaw Boulevard MRT station.
Very good location - very near to Shaw Boulevard MRT station. Also near to Shangri-La mall, Star mall, and Mega mall. Excellent facilities. Very good gym inside the building, with free water. Good (and cheap) laundry service. Good swimming pool (romantic in the evenings). Small restaurant although I didn't eat there. The elevators are super fast. The room was modern and clean. Good view from 27th floor.
Somebody (either Booking.com or the host) should've told me that it doesn't operate in the same way as a hotel. You have to meet the host, read and sign a contract, and then you get a key. In addition the host left loads of her stuff lying around which looked untidy and made me think she was planning to stay in the studio with me! Also she would only accept a cash payment. As I didn't have enough in my wallet to cover the 4 nights, she turned up again 2 days later, but she turned up earlier than the time I had agreed with her. So I hadn't yet gone to an ATM. So she had to come back a third time to collect the rest of the cash. Then she turned up on the last day to collect the key, and for some reason tried to force her way into the room (no explanation given). She also lost her own keys and her medicine. Clearly she was very unorganised. Overall I had to meet her 4 times in 4 days - not good when you're trying to relax on holiday.

Excellent Stay
This condo is ideally located for shoppers with Mega Mall and Shangri la Mall within walkind distance. Facilities are all there with fully equiped gym and great pool.Both owner and staff are very accommodating with great communication. Will stay again on my next trip to Manila

The room was big and really clean, it had a small kitchen...
The room was big and really clean, it had a small kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy bed, and a nice bathroom. And we had a nice view from the 27th floor.
